History

TimeCertain, LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability Company organized in 1999. Our focus is providing cost-effective technology which makes digital data reliable and auditable. In February 2002, we introduced our Chronologics® TimeServer, utilizing our patent pending technology. The Chronologics® TimeServer is scalable, with throughput of up to 1,000 timestamps per server, and has its key cryptographic and time management functions protected within a FIPS 140-1 Level Three container. Our technology provides a local, trusted (i.e., third party), secure method for proving the date and time of any digital data.
