Stewart A. Baker

Stewart A. Baker serves on TimeCertain's Technical Advisory Board. Mr. Baker served as the General Counsel of the National Security Agency, and leads Steptoe & Johnson's legal practice relating to digital commerce, electronic surveillance, encryption, privacy, national security, and export controls. Mr. Baker is also the co-author of "The Limits of Electronic Trust"-Cryptograhy, Governments, and Electronic Commerce (1998)
